What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A deep clean is recommended for all first-time cleanings. It allows us additional time to recover all areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most clients move on to a standard 2-hour clean.
How do I update billing?
You'll want to head to your account page and under settings, select billing. This section will allow you to update billing, cleaning address, and your current subscription.
What day is my cleaning?
Check your account page, look under "Subscription" to see your next scheduled cleaning. Remember that if that day doesn't suit you, you can always change it.
Will the same cleaner always come?
Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives and may become ill or take leave. If that happens, we will ask you to reschedule or send a different cleaner.
Is pest control safe?
Yeah; They are safe when professionally applied by our pest control company. After all, these products are intended to kill insects and rodents while minimizing the risk and harm to humans or animals.
